I thought everything was interesting and productive.

Sadao from 2012

Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

The Fuji Q Highland trip. I thought it was a great way for everyone to interact and especially a great sightseeing tour for those who have never seen Mt. Fuji.

Why did you select this program?

I chose this program because I love the Japanese Language. I want to be fluent in it.

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

I loved that in class, everyone was required to try and speak Japanese. It can be nerve racking speaking a new language in front of people you hardly know. So it enables you to find courage so that you may be able to speak it in any situation. I thought everything was interesting and productive.

How satisfied were you with the teachers and classroom environment?

Very Satisfied

Where did you reside over the course of this program?

Dormitory

Were you pleased with the general living arrangements? Anything you especially liked? Any problems you experienced?

Yes I loved it. You had your own little personal space to work and enjoy the comforts of being alone for a change. Loved it all.

Any further thoughts or tips for those considering the program or new KCP students?

If you are going to be a new KCP student, then I would suggest being prepared for a very very intense Japanese course. It is not an easy course that you can glide by on. It requires hard work to earn good grades.

Testimonials

If you are looking to study Japanese in Japan, I highly recommend KCP International. For starters, it’s in Tokyo! (And who doesn’t want to be in Tokyo?) KCP is in an extremely convenient location and using public transportation you can pretty much get around anywhere.
